As a Project Manager, I value the responsibility of making someone’s dream of owning a Perry Home a reality. I receive personal satisfaction in transforming an empty lot into a New Home, which someone can enjoy for years to come. Each day has new and different challenges that require extreme attention to detail; and with the extensive training Construction Managers receive, he/she will be able to solve these issues in a timely and financially responsible manner. Perry Homes is committed to making our homes the best in the industry by constantly reviewing and updating our plans, keeping us more in line with people’s wants and needs. This responsibility and commitment is echoed throughout every department, sales office and construction office throughout Perry Homes. Our construction staff has a knowledgeable support group that works closely together to ensure the highest quality of our homes. I have worked at Perry Homes for 6 1/2 years and I look forward to coming to work each day knowing I have been given the knowledge, tools and support to make a family’s dream materialize in the form of their very own Perry Home.

I have been a Sales Professional for Perry Homes for 4 years. While home sales in the current economy are challenging, the superior value and constructions quality of Perry Homes has made it easier. We receive extensive training in initially, monthly training meetings and have instant to Sales and Construction experts. I believe the third aspect is unique to Perry Homes and is of great value to me personally. Perry Homes is a disciplined, well structured company that values strong team members. Sales Professionals work in an independent environment but are surrounded by a fantastic support team. We have strong construction, design center and management support to help create a very special relationship with our customers. Whether it is breaking ground, house framing or homeowner orientation; I am involved in every aspect of home construction. As a Construction Manager I am privileged to work with many other talented Construction Managers and Sales Professionals. It’s this team environment that allows me to navigate the many challenges that homebuilding presents. Each challenge has its own unique set of rewards and none of them are more rewarding than seeing the smile of a new Perry Homes homeowner.
