Commission
We have the best commission rate in the business - 2.4% commission on inventory homes sales and 3.4% for homes sold that are built from the ground up.
40% of commission paid when the home is sold, remaining 60% paid when the home closes. Draw available.

Job Requirements
Ability to generate and follow up on leads including developing a strong Realtor base
Someone that makes things happen through self-motivation and initiative
History of proven sales success
The ability to engage, educate, guide and persuade others
Must be dedicated, driven and willing to go the extra mile for the customer
Ability to overcome objections
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High school diploma or equivalent
No real estate license or New Home Sales experience required
