Community Highlights

•	GHBA named Bridgeland Developer of the Year at the 2012 Houston's Best PRISM Awards for the second time in three years. Recent awards include a Landmark Award from the Houston Business Journal for its traditional neighborhood development and were ranked among the nation's top 10 master planned communities by Metrostudy.
•	Bridgeland is an 11,400-acre master-planned community bordered to the north by Mallard Lake and Cypress Creek and located off Fry Road in Cypress. The community also offers easy access to U.S. 290 and FM 529.

•	Lakeland Activity Center, one of many recreation facilities planned in Bridgeland, is a 6 acre resort-style facility featuring a 6,000-sq.ft. community center, a junior Olympic-size pool, a diving well with two platforms, two 30-feet water slides, a free form recreation pool, spray park, diving well, tennis courts, playground, picnic areas and a fitness center.
