Perry Homes values the strong relationships we have with real estate professionals, and to say thank you, we pay a referral fee for assisting in the sale of our homes. The referral fee is paid to licensed real estate brokers who bring in a customer who purchases a new Perry home. Please note that while the process is simple, the policy is strictly applied.

To earn a referral fee, you must complete and sign the Perry Homes Broker Client Registration Form before or during your client’s initial visit. Registrations may be either by phone or in person. If registering by phone, you must visit the sales office within 48 hours of the phone registration to sign the Broker Client Registration Form.

Once the Earnest Money Contract is signed, Perry Homes will send a broker referral bonus letter. All referral fees will be paid to the broker through the title company.
