Accounts Payable Manager
It is hard to believe that it’s been almost 18 years ago since I was hired at Perry Homes. Working in accounts payable has been extremely challenging for me because the job demands focused attention and accuracy. After about three years, I was promoted to Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Since Perry Homes continued to grow and expand over the years, the accounts payable department expanded as well – doubling in size!
Perry Homes has been a tremendous asset to my career development. It has opened many doors for me and enabled me to become a proficient manager. Perry Homes is a great company to work for, and I am extremely grateful for all of the opportunities that have come my way.

Deciding on a career was a difficult and perplex problem I had as I graduated from college. Career planning is lifelong process, first choosing an occupation you feel is a fit for your personality, values, goals, interests and drive, then finding the right company that can meet all of these aspects. I researched several of the homebuilders within the Houston area and felt that Perry Homes best fit all of these aspects. I was looking for a well-established company with a track record of building quality homes, and was well respected by their peers. I looked to Perry Homes with my long-term goals, a company that is devoted to their employees, a passion for a quality product, and a company I can devote a substantial part of my life to, grow with and retire from. I found all this in Perry Homes, and I can truly say that I am one of the fortunate ones who find getting up each morning a pleasure, looking forward to going to work.
