TEXAS LIMITED WARRANTY

The warranty and performance standards described in this document were created by the Texas Residential Construction Commission effective June, 2005. This warranty and the performance standards apply to all homes for which title transfer occurred on or prior to August 31, 2009.

The one year warranty provisions apply for two years for all homes for which title transferred on or after April 1, 2007.
