If your Perry Home had any damage as a result of Harvey, please contact our Warranty Department, so one of our professional construction staff may address your specific situation. Please note the Perry Homes Express Limited Warranty does not cover damage from rising water or extreme weather conditions. For damage beyond what is covered in the Perry Homes Express Limited Warranty, we encourage you to review your flood and/or homeowners insurance to see what insurance coverage you may have. TWO-YEAR WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY

Begins date of closing

Term is two years

Covers items such as H.V.A.C., plumbing, countertops, flooring, paint and hardware

During the warranty term, all repairs must be done by the original contractor

Submit a Warranty Form in order to schedule repairs

TEN-YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Begins date of closing

Term is ten years

Covers items such as foundation and limited structural items
