As our community recovers from Hurricane Harvey, we want you to know Perry Homes’ commitment to excellent customer service remains as strong as ever.
If your Perry Home had any damage as a result of Harvey, please contact our Warranty Department, so one of our professional construction staff may address your specific situation. Please note the Perry Homes Express Limited Warranty does not cover damage from rising water or extreme weather conditions. For damage beyond what is covered in the Perry Homes Express Limited Warranty, we encourage you to review your flood and/or homeowners insurance to see what insurance coverage you may have. In addition, our local homebuilders association has some practical advice at http://www.ghba.org/post-flood-faqs-homeowners-practical-advice-need that you may find helpful.
We thank you for making Perry Homes your builder of choice.
