HOUSTON, September 26, 2020 – Texas-based homebuilder Perry Homes has opened its debut model home in Del Bello Lakes, a 220-acre master-planned community in Manvel. The new development will feature a modern amenity center, 15 acres of parks and open spaces, a 5-mile hiking and biking trail system, and over 40 acres of neighborhood lakes.
