Allen is established in Collin County just south of
McKinney, about 30 minutes away from

Many residents spend their weekends at Watters Creek Montgomery Farm, located on the southwest corner of Bethany Road and US 75. This shopping and dining destination combines patio dining, shopping and luxury apartments in one outdoor setting. During the summer there is a live concert series available for residents to listen to live music as they sit or stroll on the beautiful landscape.
