Events & Amenities
Keller offers residents 11 parks and over 26 miles of trails for hiking and biking across more than 300 acres. Bear Creek Park is a popular park that is the home of art installations, trails, playscapes and even a running creek. It even plays hosts to events like concerts and movies in the park. Other popular parks include Johnson Road Park, The Parks at Town Center, and the Keller Smithfield Activity Node.

The city also runs The Keller Pointe, an aquatic and fitness center, as well as the Keller Senior Activities Center to provide fun and recreation for all members of the community.

During the months of May through November, locals can enjoy the Keller Farmers Market every Saturday. This outdoor, open-air market features more than 50 vendors offering everything from fresh fruits and veggies to handmade goods, artisans bread, pet products and more.

Another event that has quickly become a local favorite is the Keller Crawfish Krawl and Car Show. The annual event offers visitors authentic Cajun cuisine, live entertainment and plenty of family-friendly activities like face painting and games.

Additionally, the City of Keller's Parks and Recreation Department hosts more than 25 annual community events for residents to enjoy. Events include a Christmas Holly Days, Keller Summer Nights, I Heart BBQ Festival and more.

Education
Keller Independent School District serves more than 34,000 students. The district provides students with a high-caliber education as well as an average student-teacher ratio of 15 to 1. This quality education has earned the district the number 4 ranking out of the 20 school districts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
