The local restaurants offer a wide variety of French, German and Italian food for those wishing to venture past the beloved Tex-Mex. Eat a pizza, smoked dry sausage with baby swiss or the Jagerschnitzel, if you feel so bold, with a side of bread and pesto sauce. To try the fine European dining for yourself, check out Alsatian Restaurant, Hillside Texas Bistro or The Old Alsatian Steakhouse and Ristorante.
