In the latest report, Perry Homes ranked No. 2 among privately held homebuilders. Additionally, the company ranked No. 17 in Sales Revenue and No. 20 in Number of For-Sale Units.
The HousingWire Homebuilder rankings track and measure the activity of residential real estate companies and homebuilders across the United States, utilizing metrics such as total sales volume, revenue and year-over-year growth to determine annual placements.
