As we all take steps to cope with the situation surrounding COVID-19, we want to take a moment to outline our temporary Warranty Customer Service Request process being implemented through March 31st. Focusing on everyone’s safety we will only schedule and complete work for Urgent Customer Service Requests. This includes but is not limited to:
ALL other Warranty Customer Service Requests will be completed once we are able to resume normal business operations.
For the health and safety of both you, our employees and independent contractors, representatives responding to warranty requests will be asking a series of questions to determine the safety of entering your home. We appreciate your patience and support as we work safely and diligently to serve your warranty needs during this time.
