Warranty Work During COVID-19

Like many, we continue to follow the developments related to COVID-19 and its effects on each of you, as well as our employees and contractors. While much has changed, our commitment to you remains the same.

With this in mind, we are resuming our non-emergency warranty services. Our construction teams will contact you based on the age of your request to address the oldest requests first.

Warranty Submission

  1. To best keep track of ALL requests, please use the warranty request form found at www.PerryHomes.com/Warranty to submit your request(s).
  2. For after-hours Emergency / Urgent Warranty Customer Service Requests, along with submitting the request via the link listed above, please directly contact the respective Major Mechanical Provider contact(s) you have already been provided to schedule Emergency Service.
  3. Rest assured that should the 2-year warranty included with your Perry Home expire before service can be completed, we will honor the submission date of the request and complete the work once we are able to schedule a service appointment.

Warranty Work

  1. During this period, our staff, contractors and technicians will maintain “social distancing,” good hygiene and sanitation practices recommended by the CDC and other governmental entities, including wearing masks.
  2. Instead of homeowner signatures, Perry Homes Project Managers will use emails to confirm and close out Warranty Customer Service Requests.
  3. If work for a Warranty Service Request has been or needs to be scheduled and someone in your household is exhibiting signs or symptoms of COVID-19, immediately contact the Perry Homes Warranty Department at 800-24PERRY (800-247-3779) so that we may create a plan for your specific situation.

For the health and safety of both you and our employees and independent contractors, Perry Homes is requiring representatives responding to warranty requests to answer a series of questions to confirm they have no known exposure to COVID-19. Those representatives will ask the same questions of each homeowner prior to entering any home in an effort to determine the safety of entering your home.

We appreciate your patience and support as we work safely and diligently to serve your warranty needs during this time.
