Brookewater 40' Sales Center – Map & Directions

1. Take I-69/US-59 South toward Rosenberg.

2. Take Exit 89 towards Isleib Road and Beasley.

3. Merge onto the Southwest Freeway Frontage Road and take a U-turn at the light.

4. Continue straight heading north for approximately 1 mile.

5. Turn right at the main entrance off the Southwest Freeway Frontage Road.

6. Continue straight to the roundabout and take the second exit onto Wallingford Park Drive.

7. Take your next left onto Afton June Drive and a right onto Eloise Harper Lane, across from the Amenity Center.

8. The sales center will be located on your left at 5202 Eloise Harper Lane.
