Directions: From I-45 South, take the exit for SH 249 North toward Magnolia. Continue on SH 249, then exit onto FM 1486 heading north. Follow FM 1486 North for approximately 3.5 miles, then turn left onto Wildtree Drive. Continue on Wildtree Drive and turn right onto Pinestraw Valley Way. Follow Pinestraw Valley Way to the model home at 4943 Pinestraw Valley Way, located on your left. From SH 242 or FM 1488, travel west toward Magnolia and connect to SH 249 North. Exit onto FM 1486 heading north and follow it for approximately 3.5 miles. Turn left onto Wildtree Drive, then right onto Pinestraw Valley Way. Continue to the model home at 4943 Pinestraw Valley Way, located on your left.
