Qualification Requirements
To qualify, purchaser must:

• Sign an initial earnest money contract between 03/02/2026 – 05/31/2026.
Design Studio Savings (Florida)
• Discount equals 50% off eligible Design Studio options, up to a maximum of $100,000 per contract.
• Applies only to options selected through the Perry Homes Design Studio and listed on the options addendum; discount is applied as a line-item reduction at time of selection.
• Excludes base home price reductions, lot premiums, structural options unless expressly allowed in writing, third-party fees, warranties, closing costs, prepaid items, HOA/CDD fees, and any non–Design Studio items.
• Selections are subject to availability; materials/brands/colors may be substituted with items of equal or greater value at Perry Homes’ sole discretion.
• Any unused portion has no cash value, is non-transferable, and will be forfeited if not used.
• Design Studio selections must be completed within contractually required timelines.
• The Design Studio Savings is part of this Year-End Sales Event promotion and may be combined with the promotional financing incentives described above; otherwise, this promotion may not be combined with any other offers or incentives.
