This family-focused community is the 4th fastest growing city in North Texas - and with the city's low cost of living and high quality of life, it is no wonder why the population, numbering over 15,000, continues to climb.

Slayter Creek Park, featuring a skateboard park, playground, four lighted ball fields, a 3,600-foot walking trail and much more, is among the city's most frequented destinations. Pedestrians can also follow the Slayter Creek Trail, a 4,400-foot pathway that will eventually be integrated into a much larger trail system connecting residential and recreation areas. The park is conveniently located less than a mile from Anna Middle School, making it a popular after-school spot for younger residents.

A short 10-minute drive down the road, and mere steps from Sue Evelyn Rattan Elementary School, sits another local favorite, Natural Springs Park. While this large park does feature picnic tables, benches and walking trails, most of the land serves as a natural preserve.
