Perry Homes Celebrates Grand Opening of Juniper Springs in Lockhart
Lockhart, TX (May 2026) - Perry Homes, one of the nation's most trusted homebuilders, recently hosted the grand opening celebration for its newest community, Juniper Springs. The event welcomed over 300 prospective homebuyers and neighbors alike to experience a community designed to become an integral part of its local fabric.
During the celebration, attendees had the opportunity to tour three beautifully designed Perry Homes model homes, each showcasing the builder's thoughtfully crafted spaces and floor plans designed to help families grow and feel at home.

Guests enjoyed a catered feast from the renowned Terry Black's BBQ, a staple of the Lockhart community. Attendees also explored the brand-new parks and playgrounds, activities synonymous with Central Texas living. Perry Homes also hosted a raffle with prizes from Central Texas favorites, Mill Scale Metalworks and TECOVAS.
In addition to the festivities, Perry Homes and Juniper Springs showed their dedication to the local community through a significant charitable initiative. For every attendee at the grand opening, Juniper Springs donated $50 to two local charities - Friends of the Library and the Lockhart Animal Shelter, successfully pledging up to $2,500 to each organization.
